Senior Manager

Role purpose

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MENA operations, ensuring SLA adherence, KPI performance, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Monitor transaction flows, identify anomalies, and resolve operational risks in a timely manner.
• Escalate and manage critical incidents to minimize business disruption.
• Drive payout corridor performance and partner engagement.
• Coordinate with Technology, Compliance, Treasury, Product, and Finance teams.
• Manage regional operations teams, accountability, capacity planning, and performance.
• Report operational insights and performance to senior management.
• Maintain operational resilience and timely risk mitigation across the region.

Strategic leadership

• Support senior management with data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Lead operational efforts across domestic and international banking partners, especially in the Levant and North Africa.
• Improve customer service, partnership strategy, and business performance.
• Drive process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications and experience

• 10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or cross-border remittance operations.
• Proven experience in transaction processing, partner management, incident management, and operational governance.
• Strong team leadership experience in dynamic, shift-based environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or French proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting MIS reports and providing actionable insights.
