Role and responsibilities
- Lead strategy, development, and execution for ICT products and digital platforms, including cloud, data analytics, AI, and emerging digital offerings.
- Lead the team in this area and collaborate with technology teams, business units, and external partners.
- Productize and package services into automated, scalable, segment-tailored offerings.
- Carry a revenue target and pursue sustainable growth in digital services.
Experience and qualifications
- Requires 10 years of experience in a similar role and at least five years managing a team.
- Requires proven expertise building and launching ICT product and/or digital platform portfolios.
- Requires strong commercial and technical experience across cloud infrastructure, data management, AI, and digital platform ecosystems.
- Telecommunications B2B experience is preferred.
Reporting and expertise
Reports to the Director of Product Portfolio.
The role calls for expertise in cloud and hyperscaler offerings such as AWS and Azure, data architecture, AI technology stacks, and platform-based service models.
