The role combines technical oversight with people leadership, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, sustainable automation solutions.
About you
- At least 10 years' experience in a similar role and at least 5 years in IT, digital transformation, or automation roles.
- Relevant engineering, IT, and telecom experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Understand workflow design, process automation, lifecycle management, governance, compliance, and data security.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive innovation; able to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into solutions.
- Understand employee-facing platforms and be proficient in low-code/no-code tools.
- Hands-on RPA and enterprise integration experience; knowledge of workflow systems and governance.
- Familiarity with ticketing and issue tracking systems; ability to work with APIs, data connectors, and middleware.
