Job Purpose:

• Red Sea Global (RSG) is one of the world's most ambitious regenerative tourism and real estate development companies, operating giga-projects across some of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's most extraordinary landscapes.

• As we expand our residential portfolio, we are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the creative vision across production, visualization, and animation — ensuring every touchpoint of our residential marketing communicates a singular, aspirational, and authentic brand identity.

• The Creative Director will be responsible for leading the end-to-end creative output for Red Sea Global's residential marketing function, ensuring a cohesive and premium brand identity across all content deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the senior creative authority, providing clear direction and quality assurance across all residential creative deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders to align creative output with commercial objectives.
• Lead end-to-end creative production for residential campaigns, including video, photography, editorial, and experiential content.
• Oversee the production studio pipeline from briefing and concept development through shoot management, post-production, and delivery.
• Direct on-site and location shoots across RSG's residential destinations, ensuring creative integrity and production excellence.
• Oversee the creative direction of architectural visualization for residential product — including stills, lifestyle renders, and VR experiences.
• Lead motion design language development, ensuring animation output is cohesive with overall brand identity.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative team spanning design, production, visualization, and animation disciplines.
• Foster a culture of creative excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualification and Experience:

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in creative direction, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Film Production, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related creative discipline.
• A Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in a creative or design field is preferred.
• Professional creative portfolio demonstrating consistent, high-quality output across production, CGI, and/or animation for luxury, real estate, or destination brands.
• Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary creative teams, including in-house talent and external agency/vendor ecosystems.

Skills:

• Exceptional ability to develop and communicate a cohesive creative vision across diverse media and formats.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and being able to balance creative ambition with commercial pragmatism and organizational constraints.
• Deep understanding of luxury brand language, including typography, color, spatial storytelling, and aspirational lifestyle positioning.
• Strong conceptual thinking — the ability to move from brief to creative concept with clarity, speed, and originality.
• Expertise in art direction for both live-action production and CGI environments.
• Proficiency in or working knowledge of industry-standard creative tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Unreal Engine, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of CGI pipelines, render workflows, and architectural visualization best practices.
• Literacy in animation principles, motion design systems, and post-production workflows (color grading, sound design, VFX).
