Senior Manager - Domestic PR & Media (COR4)

About This Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Domestic PR & Media to drive and manage our domestic public relations and media activities. This pivotal role will focus on crafting impactful communication strategies and building strong relationships with the local media to enhance Qiddiya’s brand presence within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities* Develop and implement PR campaigns aligned with marketing and brand strategies.

• Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and key stakeholders.
• Lead media engagements including press briefings, interviews, and press conferences.
• Prepare press releases, media materials, and key communication content.
• Support media events, announcements, and major project launches.
• Support crisis communications and manage media inquiries when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage PR agencies to ensure aligned messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in domestic public relations and media management.
• Proven track record in successfully managing PR campaigns and media relations within the Saudi market.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian media landscape and established network of local media contacts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience working in the leisure, entertainment, or destination marketing sectors is an advantage.
