Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in Change Management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
  • Techno-commercial knowledge and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business aspects.
  • Prosci Change Management certification is an advantage, demonstrating a strong foundation in change management principles.
  • Extensive consulting experience, with a focus on supply chain or S4 Hana, is a must-have.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of change management professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, tailored to specific projects and organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential resistance to change, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify areas of potential disruption and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate change management workshops and training sessions to educate and engage employees at all levels.
  • Create and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change process.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in change management, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique requirements to deliver tailored change management solutions.
