What You’ll Do
- Program & Project Leadership
- Lead cross-functional programs — commerce platform implementation and other commercial enablement projects — from initiation through go-live and adoption.
- Own program governance across scope, timeline, budget, risk, and change management for multiple concurrent initiatives working closely with project leads for respective areas.
- Facilitate key milestone and go/no-go decisions with key stakeholders, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
- Track and report on ROI for commercial technology investments, and validate business cases at each major decision point.
- Go-to-Market & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Align program delivery across all commercial and supporting workstreams — including Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Medical Affairs — so initiatives land consistently across the business.
- Partner with workstream leaders to identify dependencies, sequence milestones, and resolve cross-functional roadblocks.
- Ensure systems, processes, and training are GTM-ready to support the organization's full direct sales organization.
- ERP / CRM Requirements & Implementation
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation of integration between ERP and CRM platforms.
- Partner with IT, Sales, Marketing, Quality, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Operations to translate business needs into system requirements and process design.
- Oversee user acceptance testing, training, and change management to drive successful adoption across the commercial organization.
- Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Lead the RFP process and vendor selection for major commercial technology and program investments.
- Manage relationships and performance across multiple technology vendors and implementation service providers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to keep delivery aligned across concurrent workstreams.
- Hold vendors accountable to contracts, scope, and timelines, and escalate and resolve delivery risks as they arise.
- Commercial Enablement
- Lead additional commercial enablement projects that improve productivity, data quality, and go-to-market effectiveness.
- Build scalable processes, documentation, and governance to support the broader commercial organization as it grows.
- What We Are Looking For

- Strong understanding of the commercial ecosystem — sales, marketing, customer operations, and the systems that support them.
- Experience with long-range sales planning and forecasting.
- Experience aligning cross-functional workstreams — such as Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Medical Affairs — to support go-to-market execution.

- Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical concepts for varied audiences.
