Role overview

Analytics and reporting

• Frame business problems, execute required analyses, and synthesize findings for senior leadership decisions.
• Lead complex ad hoc analyses using multiple data sources and share insights with varied audiences.
• Develop and maintain client profiles for ongoing reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Support development, maintenance, and enhancement of value-added reporting.
• Provide ideas to improve team use of tools, data, and partner relationships.

Partnerships

• Build relationships with business banking leadership and partners in sales, product, risk, and finance.
• Deliver recommendations to help grow the business and better serve clients.

Candidate qualifications

• Data analytics experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and Power BI.
• Experience with tools including Alteryx and R; Databricks exposure is an asset.
• Graduate degree in mathematics, computer science, electrical and computer engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Ability to interpret data, develop business insights, and communicate findings effectively.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid work arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site and the remaining days remote.
