Overview
JASARA PMC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Change to lead and manage organizational change initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and cultural transformations across complex projects and programs.
The Senior Manager - Change will partner with senior leadership and project teams to diagnose change impacts, design tailored strategies, and deliver effective communication and training programs that engage stakeholders at all levels.
Your leadership will drive alignment, minimize resistance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within JASARA PMC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans aligned with business objectives and project goals.
- Collaborate with project and program leads to identify change impacts and stakeholder groups.
- Design and deploy communication strategies that clearly articulate vision, benefits, and changes to stakeholders.
- Lead training and development initiatives to support change adoption and capability building.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage resistance through proactive interventions.
- Build change management competencies and best practices within the organization.
- Report on change progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management.
- Champion a culture that embraces change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in change management, preferably within large-scale projects or transformation programs.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful change strategies.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Experience in training development and delivery is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in the Middle East or with multicultural teams is an advantage.
