Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - CAFM (SAP Specialist) to lead the configuration, deployment, and operational readiness of EAM / CAFM systems across a diverse asset portfolio.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring systems are fully aligned with asset handover and seamlessly transition into facilities management operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the IT & technology team on insuring CAFM system activation in all its functions and module, ready for deployment prior to site handover.
  • Assets Data Architecture: working closely with the development & IT team on ensuring the master assets register is uploaded into the CAFM System by location and assets type
  • Ensuring the readiness of the preventive maintenance strategy and assets are scheduled according to the assets O&M manuals.
  • Take a key part in the handover process of all assets class delivered to the AM team.
  • Closely monitor failed and backlog tickets and escalate accordingly.
  • Performance monitoring: SLA's & KPI's dashboard providing live data update over deliverables and performance
  • CAFM system integration with existing systems and as needed.
  • Monthly, quarterly reports etc.. Delivering the performance scoring mechanism in relation to the SLA's & KPI's
  • Ensure all EAM / CAFM system data is accurate and that the system is always fully operational.
  • Close coordination with the IT system division and operational principles.
  • Monitor emergencies and escalate as seen fit.
  • System enhancement and patches are timely deployed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in CAFM/EAM systems within facilities management environments
  • Proven experience in deploying and activating CAFM systems at scale
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and system integrations
  • Experience in FM operations and asset handover processes
  • IFMA certification is an advantage
