• ****Job Description****
• The Senior Manager, Performance Management plays a critical role in driving business effectiveness across CEMEA by owning the regional performance management framework.
• The role ensures that strategic priorities are translated into clear OKRs, scorecards, and performance insights, enabling leadership to track progress, make informed decisions, and course‑correct where required.
• Operating at the intersection of data, governance, and executive engagement, the role establishes a disciplined performance rhythm that enables leadership focus, prioritization, and follow-through
• ****Key Responsibilities****
• Own and oversee regional performance management, including OKRs (Objectives & Key Results), scorecards, and performance insights
• Drive consistency and quality of performance reporting across leadership forums, including regular business reviews, All-Staff forums and Townhalls
• Lead preparation, synthesis, and facilitation of executive‑level materials to support decision‑making and prioritization
• Support executive and market visits, ensuring data‑driven narratives and follow‑through
• Establish and maintain clear action tracking, prioritization, and escalation mechanisms across leadership commitments
• Enable effective planning and execution through alignment with annual and ongoing performance cycles
• Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders on performance trends, risks, and execution challenges
• Contribute to the evolution of regional performance management standards and practices, strengthening consistency, clarity, and effectiveness across OKRs, scorecards, and leadership reporting.
• Champion continuous improvement in performance management processes, including the responsible use of GenAI‑enabled tools to improve insight quality, efficiency, and execution discipline.
• This is a hybrid position.
• Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
• Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
• ****Qualifications****
• 10+ years of experience in performance management, business planning, enterprise reporting, or operational effectiveness, gained within a corporate, management consulting, internal consulting, or advisory environment.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize complex data, and translate insights into clear actions for senior stakeholders
• Experience preparing Executive-level communications.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong focus on clarity, accuracy, and executive storytelling
