Senior Manager Business Finance

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights and implementable solutions across Commercial and Operations functions
• Lead and manage a team of analysts, ensuring delivery of high-quality financial analysis and reporting
• Drive financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Lead financial analysis for strategic initiatives, promotional campaigns, and operational projects
• Develop financial business cases to support strategic investment decisions
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies for key projects and initiatives
• Deliver accurate and timely management reporting and performance reviews
• Analyse trends, patterns, and large data sets to generate actionable business insights
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with central Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial practices and reporting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, business finance, FP&A, or commercial finance
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management
• Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills with experience handling large data sets
• Proven experience engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams
