Cenomi Centers seeks an experienced Senior Manager – Asset Management to drive performance, profitability, and long-term value across its retail portfolio.
The role influences strategy for major retail assets across owned and third-party properties and works with senior leadership, leasing, development, investment, and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own P&L performance and drive financial results across assigned assets.
- Identify opportunities to improve asset value, profitability, and tenant mix.
- Lead asset performance reviews and translate insights into action.
- Shape retail asset strategy through market analysis and investment opportunities.
- Support development and transformation projects from business case to delivery.
- Evaluate acquisitions and support post-acquisition integration.
- Recommend strategies for underperforming assets and potential disposals.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and major regional retailers.
Job requirements
- 8+ years of relevant asset management experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Experience managing large-scale retail assets with annual revenue; strong retail experience across malls and lifestyle destinations.
- Proven asset transformation and development project experience and strong knowledge of the GCC real estate market.
- Experience in property management and/or leasing.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills; experience with asset valuation and RICS Fair Value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills; established relationships with major regional retailers.
- MRICS or Assoc RICS is a plus.
