Activation & Events Senior Associate

Role purpose

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mall events and seasonal activations according to the marketing calendar.
• Prepare execution plans, schedules, and logistics; coordinate agencies and suppliers.
• Coordinate operational readiness, approvals, and permits with mall teams.
• Oversee setup, on-site event execution, and dismantling.
• Support tenant participation and monitor event budgets and delivery standards.
• Track attendance and customer engagement; prepare post-event reports and recommendations.
• Ensure event branding and promotional materials follow company guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in events, mall activations, retail marketing, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Proven event coordination and customer engagement experience.
• Strong event planning and supplier coordination skills, with knowledge of budgeting and on-site delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning or reporting tools.

Preferred qualifications

• Shopping mall or major retail destination experience is preferred.
• Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
