Senior Manager AI Software Engineer

Role overview

Software and full-stack development

• Design and develop responsive front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.
• Maintain code quality, maintainability, and performance through best practices and testing.

Palantir Foundry development

• Build and maintain applications, workflows, and ontology-based solutions on Palantir Foundry.
• Develop data pipelines and transformations for analytics and business use cases.
• Integrate Foundry applications with front-end interfaces and external systems.

Quality, DevOps, and collaboration

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment; troubleshoot production issues to maintain reliability and performance.
• Work with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and IT Architects; translate product requirements into technical roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Promote agile methods, iterative development, and continuous feedback.

Experience and education

• 5+ years of software development experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field; advanced degrees are preferred.

Technical competencies

• React and TypeScript for front-end work; Node.js and Python for backend development.
• Palantir Foundry experience is a strong plus, including ontology, pipelines, or workshops.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Azure preferred, and DevOps tools such as Git, CI/CD, and Docker.
• Understanding of agile practices, software architecture, APIs, full-stack patterns, and AI/ML integration.
