Overview
- We’re looking for a leader to drive the design and scaling of high-impact AI and Generative AI solutions, delivering tangible outcomes across our client's organisation.
- This is a unique opportunity to shape how advanced AI is embedded into core processes, transforming customer experience, efficiency, and risk management.
- What we need someone to do:
- Lead the design and scaling of AI platforms, including conversational AI, knowledge systems, and automation solutions
- Drive Generative AI and LLM deployment, including MLOps, monitoring, and governance
- Build cloud-native AI pipelines using modern architecture (Azure/AWS, containerisation, CI/CD)
- Deliver AI use cases across KYC, compliance, customer experience, and risk
- Evaluate emerging tools (e.g. LangChain, vector DBs, agent frameworks)
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers
- Academic background in a relevant STEM discipline (MSc preferred, ideally in Mathematics, Data Science, AI, Machine learning, or similar)
