fäm Properties is establishing a dedicated Lease Operations Department to centralise and streamline the full lease deal lifecycle.

The Senior Lease Executive — Team Leader will own and lead this department from the ground up, acting as the senior operational authority on all lease transactions processed in-house.

This is a hands-on leadership role — not a supervisory-only position.

The right candidate will manage the team, set the quality standard, and personally handle complex or escalated cases while ensuring every deal is processed accurately, compliantly, and within defined SLAs.

Department Leadership

  • Lead, motivate and manage a team of lease coordinators and support officers
  • Set and enforce daily SLAs, quality standards and process discipline across the team
  • Act as the primary escalation point for all complex, disputed or non-standard lease cases
  • Report monthly on team KPIs, deal volumes, fee income and quality metrics to the Group Finance Director
  • Manage the department's CRM workflow, ensuring all tasks are tracked and zero deals are left without a logged status
  • Lease deal management
  • Oversee the end-to-end lease deal process: from AI chatbot intake through document verification, DLD checks, agreement drafting, payment collection, Ejari submission and CRM close
  • Personally review and approve all flagged or escalated deals before submission to the Teller team
  • Ensure all tenancy contracts and brokerage agreements are executed using approved templates and comply with applicable law
  • Verify commission calculations, splits and fee confirmations before any deal is submitted to Finance
  • Compliance & legal
  • Apply and enforce RERA regulations and Dubai Tenancy Law (Law No. 26 of 2007 and its amendments) across all lease transactions
  • Ensure all deals comply with AML requirements under UAE Federal Law and CBUAE guidelines
  • Conduct DLD portal checks for unit validity and landlord block status on every deal
  • Maintain current knowledge of rent index updates, RERA dispute procedures and Ejari registration requirements
  • Escalate any legal or compliance risk immediately to the Group Finance Director
  • Customer service & stakeholder management
  • Maintain a professional, responsive service standard with tenants, landlords and agents throughout the deal process
  • Ensure tenant and landlord communications are handled with accuracy, clarity and within the defined SLA windows
  • Manage in-house appointment scheduling and the VIP home visit service, ensuring a premium experience
  • Handle escalated tenant or landlord complaints with a solution-first approach
  • Process & system
  • Enforce the zero-email policy — all deal communication and tracking to be conducted exclusively via CRM
  • Monitor the WhatsApp AI chatbot intake queue and ensure exceptions are picked up within SLA
  • Maintain document integrity across all deals — all files verified, complete and archived correctly
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to the Group Finance Director

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in lease management or real estate operations in Dubai
  • Strong working knowledge of RERA regulations and Dubai Tenancy Law, including rent increase rules, dispute procedures and landlord/tenant rights
  • Hands-on experience with Ejari registration and DLD portal systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a small team in a high-volume operational environment
  • Solid understanding of AML compliance requirements in a UAE real estate context
  • Customer-facing experience with the ability to manage tenant and landlord relationships professionally
  • Proficiency in CRM systems — experience with Oracle or similar platforms preferred
  • RERA-certified broker card (valid) — preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a brokerage or property management company handling high lease volumes
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted process tools or digital deal management platforms
  • Arabic language skills — advantage but not required
