The consultant partners with leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that build capability, strengthen culture and support organisational performance.
The role manages learning and development programs covering induction, transition, consulting, leadership, mentoring, talent, compliance and professional development.
Key impact areas
- Design and deliver leadership, consulting, mentoring and organisational development programs that build high-performing people, teams and leaders.
- Manage learning initiatives end to end and partner with stakeholders to deliver engaging, scalable and business-aligned development experiences.
- Translate emerging trends in leadership, technology and the future of work into capability strategies.
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability needs and deliver practical learning solutions.
- Use data, evaluation insights and LMS reporting to improve learner engagement, demonstrate impact and continuously improve capability outcomes.
Experience and capabilities
- Proven experience designing, facilitating and evaluating learning and development initiatives.
- Ability to translate organisational needs into practical, engaging and business-focused solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills when partnering with leaders and subject matter experts.
- Demonstrated project and learning systems management experience, including LMS administration, reporting and data analysis.
- Experience delivering multiple initiatives within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- The role values collaborative, growth-oriented, authentic, confident, decisive, innovative and digitally curious approaches.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in learning, leadership development and organisational capability programs.
- Hogan Assessment accreditation is desirable.
