- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Transformation, or Internal Strategy roles.
- Prior experience working with executive leadership teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing executive reports, board presentations, and management dashboards.
- Consulting experience with leading consulting firms or large enterprise strategy functions is highly preferred.

- Strong management reporting and executive communication skills.
- Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data structuring, interpretation, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in KPI tracking, performance management, and strategic reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.
