What you’ll do

• Ship full-stack product features across frontend, backend, and data.
• Build AI-powered experiences using LLMs, embeddings, or related techniques where they create user value.
• Own delivery from scope and design through launch, monitoring, and iteration.
• Solve ambiguous technical problems with pragmatic, scalable solutions.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to shape requirements and the roadmap.
• Improve performance, reliability, and product quality at enterprise scale.
• Contribute to engineering culture through code review, tooling, and process improvements.

Who you are

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience shipping production full-stack web applications.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in products, such as LLMs or embeddings.
• Able to operate in ambiguity and drive work forward independently.
• Product-minded, with attention to user experience and customer outcomes.
• Strong communicator and collaborator across functions.
• Rails, React, Postgres, or AWS experience is a plus; adaptability is valued.

Nice to have

• Enterprise SaaS experience, especially B2B marketing or sales technology.
• Experience with real-time systems such as chat, messaging, or event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM integrations.
• Experience with agentic systems or autonomous tool-using workflows.
• Startup experience and rapid product shipping.

Compensation

• Typical U.S. base salary is $148,500 to $313,700 annually.
• In select San Francisco and New York City metropolitan areas, the base salary range is $178,900 to $344,700 annually; ranges exclude bonus, incentives, equity, and benefits.
