Senior Lead - Operations Excellence

1.

Work with the program leadership and OPEX leadership, deliver direction to achieve

enhanced operational excellence through focus on business

2. process uniformity and continuous business improvement.

3.

Work closely with the customer Operation and Business departments to ensure

alignment and common objectives [for both business process optimization and

service improvement] to meet business needs.

4.

Co-ordinate and develop the charter for Service improvements and automations.

5.

Oversee and refine performance measurement, reporting and risk management

systems to enhance approaches to continuous business improvement.

6.

Present key program outcomes and performance for senior management.

7.

Oversee the management of the quality and risk management systems.

8.

Oversee the on-going management of data protection issues.

9.

Develop and oversee implementation of business continuity plans across all functions

and ensure ongoing maintenance.

10.

Work with the leadership team to clearly establish priorities and developing policies

and operational excellence initiative.

11.

Attend meetings of the Customer Governance Committees as appropriate

12.

Use the strategic planning cycle to develop short- and long-range plans for each

function.
