Primary Activities

• Manage multiple small to medium-sized landscape design projects from concept to construction.
• Organize daily design, production, and documentation work and coordinate contract administration.
• Ensure deliverables comply with technical and contractual project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants and prepare reports and presentations.
• Attend meetings and ensure QA/QC procedures and required approvals are completed.
• Assist with post-tender contract administration while coordinating with contractors and client representatives.

Technical Competencies

• Manage landscape design projects with varying complexity, size, and value.
• Lead project architects and designers to create functional, sustainable, and manageable landscapes.
• Review work performed by other engineers and disciplines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, documentation, specifications, reports, proposals, contracts, and tender documents.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or Rhino is an added advantage.

Position Requirements

• University degree, postgraduate qualification, or equivalent in landscape architecture or architecture.
• CMLI or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience on sizeable landscape design projects.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
