About the Role: We are partnering with a top-tier Big 4 consulting firm to hire a Senior ITSM Implementer for an urgent, highly visible 6-month contract based in Dubai. You will take ownership of implementing a robust service management system and guiding the organization through rigorous ISO 20000 audits.

Due to the urgency and regional scope of this project, we are strictly looking for immediate joiners who are AGCC Nationals and bilingual in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end implementation and operation of a service management system tailored to complex ITSM requirements.
• Prepare, document, and optimize operational processes, taking the lead on developing a comprehensive Service Catalog and Services Directory.
• Establish, monitor, and continuously measure the performance of operational processes using targeted KPIs.
• Provide critical internal and external audit support to achieve and maintain ISO 20000 certification.
• Independently handle communications and project delivery with high-level customers and stakeholders across the GCC.

Mandatory Requirements (Dealbreakers):

• Availability: Must be able to join immediately (candidates with 30-day or 60-day notice periods will not be considered).
• Experience: 5 to 12+ years of highly practical, hands-on experience in IT service operations (ITSAM) and ISO 20000 implementation.
• Nationality: Must be an AGCC National (citizen of UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, or Bahrain).
• Languages: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Information Technology or a strictly equivalent degree.
• Certifications: Must be an ISO 20000 Certified Implementer and hold an advanced ITIL 4 certification.
• Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel regionally within the GCC.
