About The Role
The Senior IT Operation Analyst supports Corporate Technology financial governance by analysing and developing technology budgets, tracking actual spend, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions.
The role supports budgeting, payments, reconciliations, forecasting, IT cost benchmarking, capex versus opex analysis, project business cases, benefit realisation tracking, and stakeholder reporting across Corporate Technology and ALJ business units.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must-have skills:
- Technical – budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, advanced Excel, reporting, IT cost analysis, and benchmark reporting.
- Functional – corporate technology financial planning, spend control, budget tracking, reconciliation, payment support, Capex vs. opex assessment, and business case support.
- Behavioral – analytical thinking, accountability, clear communication with finance and tech stakeholders, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
Good-To-Have
- Technical – Power BI/dashboard reporting and understanding of IT procurement and vendor costs.
- Functional – benefits realisation, project cost tracking, and technology investment evaluation.
- Behavioral – collaboration across SBUs and shared services, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management.
- Required Educational Qualifications if any
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Required Language Proficiencies if any
- English required.
- Arabic preferred
