Merak Borindo Global Services WLL is a growing multinational business services company based in Doha, focused on delivering integrated corporate solutions across IT, operations, finance, and digital transformation.
We support enterprise clients with scalable systems and efficient technology-driven processes.
We are looking for a Senior IT Manager (m/f/d) who will take ownership of IT strategy, infrastructure, and enterprise systems across the organization.
You will lead technical teams, ensure system stability and security, and align technology operations with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy Leadership: Define and implement IT roadmap aligned with business goals
Systems and Infrastructure: Oversee enterprise systems, cloud services, networks, and internal IT operations
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor IT staff, ensuring high performance and accountability
Security and Compliance: Manage cybersecurity frameworks, data protection, and compliance standards
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to support business needs
Experience
6 plus years in IT management or senior technical leadership roles
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network management
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational efficiency
Education
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Mindset: Strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills and ownership mentality
Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR25,000.00 per month
