Oversee IT operations, lead technical teams, strengthen information security, and ensure systems support business growth.

Responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, networks, and technical support operations.
- Lead and develop IT teams; implement cybersecurity, data protection, and IT risk controls.
- Develop IT strategies, budgets, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate resolution of major technical issues.
- Manage vendors, service providers, and IT procurement.
- Lead digital transformation, system upgrades, and technology improvement projects.
- Establish IT policies, procedures, and performance reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- At least five years of relevant IT experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and networking.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and information governance.
- Strategic planning, budgeting, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant IT certifications or digital transformation project leadership experience is an advantage.
