Responsibilities

• Gather functional and non-functional requirements with management and stakeholders, and evaluate information from multiple sources.
• Map current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and redundancies; align functional requirements with business needs.
• Create user manuals and training materials, conduct training, and help employees adopt new procedures and systems.
• Identify improvement opportunities, anticipate project challenges, manage scope risks, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; equivalent additional directly related experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• CBAP certification or a related specialization is preferred.
