Our newest opportunity is for a talented
Inspector - Electrical
to join our team based in
Abu Dhabi

- We envisage success in this role to include;
- Attending to
Inspection Requests (Irs)
- submitted by the contractor and taking appropriate action in a timely manner.
- Reviewing submitted
- shop drawings
- against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements, and international best practice.
- Reporting any works carried out by the contractor that are found not to be in accordance with approved drawings and specifications, and reporting to stakeholders for appropriate action.
- Monitoring the
- quality of electrical works
- and assessing safety on site, including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications and safety and health risk assessments.
- Maintaining records for daily activities on site, including
- progress photographs
- , and ensuring they are readily available for inspection as required.
- Preparing
- surveillance reports
- for deficiencies identified on site and issuing
Non-Conformance Reports (Ncrs)
- where required in line with project developments.
- Checking and ensuring effective
- coordination between electrical works
- and other disciplines.
- Providing technical input and experience to resolve any
- electrical discipline-related issues
- that may arise on site.
- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 9 years work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum
9 years of relevant experience
in electrical inspection / construction supervision, preferably on
residential or community building projects
in the UAE.
