Overview

Job Summary

Design & Concept Development

• Lead the development of innovative interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and presentations.
• Prepare space planning, layouts, and design solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives.
• Select finishes, materials, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories.
• Develop detailed design documentation, drawings, specifications, and construction packages.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Client Management

• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Present design concepts and proposals professionally.
• Address client feedback and incorporate revisions as required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor junior and intermediate designers.
• Review drawings, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Delegate tasks and oversee project deliverables.
• Promote design excellence and collaboration within the team.

Technical Coordination

• Prepare and review CAD/Revit drawings, FF&E schedules, BOQs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, authority requirements, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• 5–10 years of professional interior design experience, preferably within the UAE/GCC market.
• Proven experience delivering residential, hospitality, commercial, or retail projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept design and project execution capabilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of FF&E, materials, finishes, and construction detailing.
