Lead Senior Interior Designer
.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering luxury residential development projects and leading teams of designers, CAD technicians, and 3D visualisers from concept to completion.
This studio works on high-end residential development projects across the UAE, collaborating with major developers to deliver sophisticated, contemporary interiors.
Their portfolio includes branded residences, premium apartment towers, and urban villas, all defined by quality materials and refined detailing.
As Lead Senior Designer, you will oversee the entire design process for multiple projects, manage and mentor a team, maintain design quality and consistency, coordinate with consultants and contractors, ensure detailed documentation and FF&E packages are delivered on time, and represent the studio confidently in client meetings and presentations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ interior design experience with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
- Proven experience on
- luxury residential development projects
- Strong team leadership and project management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (Revit is a plus)
- Excellent conceptual and technical design skills with an eye for luxury finishes
- Confident communicator able to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
