Senior Information Technology Recruiter leading end-to-end hiring for IT and technical roles, especially engineering and technology talent.
Part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, combining on-site collaboration with work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-life-cycle recruiting, from requisition intake and sourcing through screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage multiple requisitions.
- Build talent pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and improve recruitment strategies.
- Conduct market research on IT talent trends and maintain candidate relationships.
- Promote inclusive hiring and represent the organization’s brand professionally.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated full-life-cycle recruiting expertise and a strong background in IT and technical recruiting.
- Experience filling engineering and technology positions, building talent pipelines, and managing multiple requisitions.
- Solid understanding of IT and engineering roles, technologies, and required skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, professional networks, and digital sourcing tools.
- Commitment to inclusive hiring and a positive candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous senior or lead recruiter experience, preferably in IT or engineering-focused organizations.
