Senior Implementation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Serving as project manager, leading the full implementation lifecycle for RPO solutions.
• Facilitating discovery sessions, workshop planning, and process mapping with clients and internal teams.
• Designing and documenting future state processes, technology configurations, and best practices.
• Leading or supporting change management, training, and communication planning and execution.
• Managing detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, and project meetings.
• Building strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders, delivering excellent partnership and post-launch stabilization.
• Identifying risks, tracking issues, and driving creative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences:
• 5+ years’ experience in RPO implementation, talent acquisition operations, or consulting.
• Proven project management capability with large-scale, multi-region or global programs.
• Subject matter expertise in one or more: process mapping/documentation, change management, ATS/Recruiting technology (Workday, Taleo, iCims, SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools (SmartSheet preferred) and MS Office suite.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and drive consensus in cross-functional teams.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to support global project timelines; ability to travel as needed.
• Agile, innovative, strategic thinker, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Base pay range: $73,875-$98,500 annually.
