Senior Implementation Consultant

Role overview

Implementation and client delivery

• Lead implementation projects and manage client installation, configuration, deployment, access, and data transfer.
• Analyze client needs, design workflows and specifications, and improve solutions using best practices.
• Document requirements, designs, procedures, and user guidance; provide help desk support and resolve client issues.
• Prepare testing scripts and support unit, system, and integration testing.
• Develop application training materials and train client users.
• Provide technical consultation to sales, training, and product support teams; escalate issues and relay client feedback.
• May support RFIs/RFPs, demonstrations, presales consultation, and identification of sales opportunities.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 8 years of EPC consulting experience and 5 years of packaged software implementation experience.
• Experience in materials management and specifications; strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and iterative/incremental methodologies.
• Knowledge of Loop Core (Smart Materials) and Octave Loop Reference Data.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; fluent English.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including internationally.

Preferred experience and tools

• Familiarity with Oracle Apex and Oracle Database Administration is preferred.
• Preferred experience includes Government, Oil & Gas, Construction, or Engineering; Earned Value and Project Controls; and Loop Material Readiness.
• Strong SQL and API development experience and enterprise tools such as Oracle Primavera, Microsoft Project, SAP, Oracle EBS, ERP software, and Microsoft Office are preferred.
