Senior Implementation Consultant - Safety, Infrastructure and Geospatial

Role overview

Implementation and integration

• Lead end-to-end client implementation, including setup, configuration, data mapping, and transfer.
• Design integrations with client systems, APIs, and data sources, including video, access control, sensors, IoT devices, and geospatial data.
• Connect safety and security solutions to client mapping, asset, and operations systems.
• Configure solutions for complex business processes and technical specifications.
• Conduct system and integration testing for functionality, security, and data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot advanced issues with product and engineering teams.

Security, delivery, and client support

• Document functional designs, configuration standards, integration diagrams, and lessons learned.
• Include asset protection, IoT device security, and physical security rules in solution designs.
• Provide product and delivery improvement feedback; coach less experienced colleagues.
• Deliver or facilitate client training and support client adoption.
• Work with clients on-site or provide project leadership remotely; sites may include critical infrastructure, public safety, or industrial facilities.
• Contribute to pre-sales scoping, demonstrations, proposals, and integration design discussions.

Qualifications and experience

• The role calls for mastering knowledge of specific solutions and building knowledge across products, including how safety, security, and geospatial solutions work together.
• Responsibilities include managing client expectations, crafting business-outcome requirements, participating in pre-sales, identifying upselling opportunities, and estimating and scoping engagements.
• Experience in geospatial, physical security, public safety, industrial safety, or IoT security is a plus; related experience is acceptable, and the employer offers learning support.
