Role Overview
Senior immigration consultancy role focused on international visa advice, consultative sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Core Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Canada, Australia, Europe, and other international immigration and visa processes.
- Convert leads, acquire clients, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage documentation, data entry, follow-up, and case management activities.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience in immigration consultancy, visa consultancy, recruitment, or a similar consultative sales role.
- Proven sales, lead conversion, client acquisition, and target-achievement record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, data entry, follow-up, and case management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, manage multiple clients, and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive and professional approach.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- CRM systems, Microsoft Office, lead management, and sales tracking tool proficiency is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
- Hindi or Malayalam is an added advantage.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Doha.
- Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Doha or plan to relocate before starting.
