Experience and expertise

  • Requires 2–4 years of proven experience in immigration consultancy, visa consultancy, recruitment, or a similar consultative sales role.
  • Requires strong knowledge of Canada, Australia, Europe, and other international immigration and visa processes.
  • Requires a proven record in sales, lead conversion, client acquisition, and achieving monthly or annual sales targets.

Candidate skills

  • Requires strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Requires a target-driven approach and ability to meet KPIs and performance goals.
  • Requires client relationship skills, attention to detail, documentation, data entry, follow-up, and case management skills.
  • Requires ability to multitask, prioritize, manage multiple clients, and work under pressure; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are also requested.
  • CRM, Microsoft Office, lead management, and sales tracking tools are advantageous.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred; Hindi or Malayalam is an added advantage.

Role focus

  • The description focuses on consultative sales, lead conversion, client acquisition, and sales target achievement.
  • The role involves managing client relationships and multiple immigration consultancy cases, including documentation and follow-up.
