Role overview

Full-time Senior I&C Engineer – Operations and Maintenance position in Sharjah, UAE.

Provides site operations engineering support for safe, reliable and compliant operations; reports to the Operations Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve day-to-day I&C engineering issues with the site team.
  • Assess asset I&C risks and drive mitigation actions within agreed timeframes.
  • Define operating envelopes, monitor static equipment health and investigate excursions.
  • Monitor engineering KPIs and initiate corrective action.
  • Support technical Management of Change and Engineering Queries.
  • Identify production vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities.
  • Write, review and recommend technical input for Site Operations Procedures.
  • Coach client engineers and maintain discipline technical documentation.
