PFC Group is seeking a motivated and responsible **Senior HSE Officer** to join our construction team.
The candidate will assist in maintaining health, safety and environmental standards across construction sites and ensure compliance with company safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce HSE compliance across construction sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
- Educational certificate must be attested by UAE Embassy
- Minimum **5 years** of experience in construction industry
- Basic knowledge of construction HSE regulations and procedures
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site safety inspections
- Ensure proper implementation of PPE and safety procedures
- Assist in toolbox talks and safety training sessions
- Report unsafe acts and hazardous conditions
- Maintain HSE reports and documentation
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions
