Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Sciences.
- 15–18+ years of experience, including at least 5 years of significant offshore project experience.
- Strong knowledge of offshore safety regulations, risk management, and emergency response.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certifications are preferred.
- PMC/EPC background is preferred; ADNOC Offshore experience is an advantage.
- Applicants should have Senior HSE Engineer – Offshore experience and be based in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Lead HSE across offshore project phases, ensure compliance, and promote a strong safety culture.
- Develop project-specific HSE plans, procedures, and risk management strategies.
- Conduct HAZID, risk assessments, and safety studies for offshore construction and operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, international standards, and company HSE policies.
- Supervise offshore HSE during construction, installation, and commissioning.
- Organize inductions, training, and competency programs; coordinate with construction, mechanical, electrical, and marine teams.
- Develop emergency response plans, lead drills, and evaluate response procedures.
- Prepare HSE reports, KPIs, and dashboards; maintain audit, inspection, and incident investigation records.
