We need HR person who can managed 10000+ employees
Job Profile
- Designing compensation and benefits packages
- Developing new HR policies and updating existing ones
- Ensuring employees adhere to and comply with HR policies
- Executing employee annual review procedures
- Counseling employees as required
- Conducting exit interviews to understand the reason for termination
- Organizing events and conferences for employees
- Overseeing the recruitment process
- Designing company policies
- Setting objectives for the HR team
- Helping shape the employer brand strategy
- Networking with external stakeholders, HR specialists, and colleagues
- Executing employee annual review procedures
