Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Manage employee relations and advise on complex workplace matters
- Oversee performance management and succession planning
- Drive learning & development initiatives
- Ensure efficient HR operations, administration, and leave management
- Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
- Provide HR analytics and insights to support decision-making
Requirements
- 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Strong expertise in recruitment, performance management, C&B, employee relations, and compliance
- Proven ability to influence and support senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- High discretion in handling confidential information
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Required)
