Project Manager - Automotive Workshop
About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee service operations based in Qatar, covering both light and commercial Mercedes Benz vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven ability to lead a team including mechanics, technicians, electricians, and store personnel. You will drive project performance, ensure service excellence, and provide hands-on technical support—especially in diagnostics and the use of Mercedes-Benz special tools when required.
Key Requirements:
- Solid experience (Minimum 10 years) in automotive service operations (Mercedes-Benz preferred)
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Technical expertise in diagnostics and workshop tools
- Ability to support and guide team members on complex technical issues
