Senior HR Manager

Location and Employment

• The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
• The employment type is full-time.
• Work location is in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower planning through onboarding.
• Lead and supervise the HR team and oversee daily HR operations.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Manage onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll, leave, attendance, benefits, and employee compensation matters.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable employment regulations.
• Develop performance appraisal and employee development programs.
• Support workforce planning and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–3+ years of HR experience, preferably including UAE experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour practices and HR procedures.
• Experience in recruitment and team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience or knowledge in the financial markets industry is welcomed.

Salary

• The salary is AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
