Senior HR Business Partner

Overview

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership teams on HR strategy and organizational development
• Provide guidance on employee relations and complex HR matters
• Drive leadership development and talent management initiatives
• Support performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
• Coach managers on people management and workplace best practices
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams on HR programs and policies
• Support change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives

Requirements

• Over 10 years of broad HR experience, including HRBP experience
• Strong employee relations experience within a multinational environment
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Proven ability to work in a matrix and fast-paced organization
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Native-level Japanese and fluent English communication skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded approach
