- 设计并构建AI coding agent 系统，实现从 人工 指令到 PR 提交的端到端自动化
- 构建隔离的 devbox 沙箱环境，确保 agent 在安全隔离的环境中运行
- 搭建和维护 agent 的 Skills 体系和 CLI 工具集，将内部工具2链（数据管线、任务追踪、代码搜索、CI/CD）统一暴露给 AI agent
- 设计 agent 的 blueprint 系统——将常见任务模式（bug fix、feature implementation、code migration、test generation）编码为可复用的工作流
- 建立 agent 效能追踪体系：成功率、CI 通过率、review 通过率、平均耗时等核心指标的仪表盘
- 与全公司工程师协作，收集反馈，迭代优化 agent 能力，推广 AI-native 工作方式
- 探索和评估前沿 AI 工具（Claude Code、Goose、Codex 等），为公司选择最优技术栈
- 建设开源生态：开源 Agent 内核与通用能力模块，深度参与前沿社区协作，通过全球反馈驱动技术迭代，定义并推广 AI-native 工程标准。
