Position Overview
Senior HR and Admin role responsible for HR, administration, employee visa processing, government transactions, and regular outdoor PRO work.
The position is based in Dubai and requires in-person work with regular visits to government and related authorities.
HR and Government Administration
- Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Process, renew, and cancel employee visas.
- Visit government departments, immigration offices, labour offices, Tasheel or typing centres, medical centres, and other relevant authorities.
- Submit and collect documents and follow up on government transactions.
- Handle company licence, establishment card, immigration card, and other company-related government renewals.
Records and Office Administration
- Maintain records and monitor expiry dates for employee and company documents.
- Handle office administration and other duties assigned by management.
Experience and Knowledge
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in HR and administration is required.
- Good knowledge of UAE labour, immigration, visa, and government procedures is required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, is required.
License and Work Requirements
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to perform regular outdoor PRO duties is required.
- Good communication, documentation, and follow-up skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks is required.
