Responsibilities
- Design graphics, marketing materials, promotional content, and digital visuals.
- Create, edit, and produce videos and reels for marketing and social media.
- Develop creative content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and maintain company social media accounts.
- Create campaigns to improve brand awareness, engagement, and audience reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams on concepts aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and analytics.
- Ensure consistent visual identity across digital and marketing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and experience managing social platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Strong creative, visual communication, and video editing skills; knowledge of social media trends, digital marketing, and content analytics.
- Relevant design, video editing, or digital marketing certifications are an advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and social media content is preferred.
