Alpen City Hotels and Hospitality LLC is seeking a highly experienced and service-driven **Senior Hotel Operations Manager** to lead hotel operations in Doha, Qatar.
This role focuses on overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience, and driving operational efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Leadership: Oversee daily hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, F&B coordination)
- Guest Experience: Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Performance Management: Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational KPIs
- Team Leadership: Manage department heads and hotel staff
- Process Optimization: Improve operational workflows and service efficiency
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to hospitality standards, safety, and regulations
- Budget Management: Control costs and optimize profitability
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Senior-level experience in hotel operations or hospitality management
- Skills: Strong leadership, operational, and customer service capabilities
- Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in hotel operations, guest services, and multi-department coordination
- Leadership: Ability to manage teams and full hotel operations
