Job Summary
Vallantica Hospitality & Leisure W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Hotel / Resort Manager to lead the overall operations, guest experience, and business performance of a premium hospitality property in Doha.
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service standards, optimizing revenue, and managing all departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

What you'll do
- Oversee full hotel or resort operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Lead, manage, and develop department heads and operational teams
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and high service quality standards
- Monitor financial performance including revenue, budgets, and cost control
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and service contracts
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery processes
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive bookings and brand positioning
- Track KPIs and prepare reports for senior management
Requirements
- Experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and guest experience focus
- Ability to manage budgets, revenue, and operational performance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Knowledge of hospitality systems and operations is an advantage
