Global Access Integrated Services Ltd is seeking an experienced and people-focused Senior Hospitality Workforce Manager to oversee hospitality staffing operations, workforce coordination, and service performance initiatives across the organization.
This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys managing hospitality teams, improving workforce efficiency, and supporting high-quality guest and customer experiences in a fast-paced service environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening workforce operations, maintaining hospitality service excellence, and supporting operational efficiency across hospitality-related departments.
We are looking for a proactive and organized leader with strong communication skills, workforce management experience, and a passion for hospitality service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Oversee hospitality workforce planning and staffing coordination activities
- Manage scheduling operations, workforce allocation, and staffing efficiency initiatives
- Support hospitality service teams and monitor operational performance standards
- Collaborate with department leaders to maintain high-quality guest and customer service experiences
- Monitor workforce metrics and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare workforce reports, staffing summaries, and operational updates for leadership
- Support onboarding, coaching, and workforce development activities for hospitality staff
- Ensure workforce operations align with company policies and service standards
- Maintain accurate staffing records, scheduling documentation, and operational reports
- Improve workforce workflows and operational coordination procedures
- Support employee engagement and workforce retention initiatives
- Assist with continuous improvement projects related to hospitality operations and workforce management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality workforce management, staffing coordination, hospitality operations, or service operations leadership
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing workforce planning, scheduling, and hospitality support operations
- Strong leadership and operational coordination capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Professional and service-oriented approach to workforce leadership
- Experience with scheduling systems, workforce management tools, and operational reporting preferred
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
